At Talaya, sustainability isn't just a buzzword; it's at the heart of everything we do.
Availability
In keeping with our commitment to controlling our environmental impact, we produce only in limited runs and exclusive editions. As a result, product availability is dynamic, and while we strive to present accurate stock, all orders are subject to availability. Should an item become unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund.
Processing Time
Each tile is carefully inspected and prepared by hand for shipment. Please allow 5 business days for our small team to process and prepare your order before it embarks on its journey. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate notification with tracking details when it departs our studio.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
In accordance with our ethos, all orders are fulfilled via ground shipping. We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S. Transit times typically range from 5-8 business days after your order has shipped.
When inspiration simply cannot wait, paid express ground shipping options are available. Fees and delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout, and are based on your destination and the weight and dimensions of your order.
We partner with trusted carriers, FedEx and UPS, who share our commitment to careful handling. To ensure secure delivery, signature confirmation may be required. For large orders or those requiring specialized handling, you may be contacted directly by the carrier to arrange a convenient delivery window.
Unfortunate Events
Every Talaya tile is designed to move with you, but not every trip goes as planned.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We teach our tiles not to wander off on their own, but unexpected detours can occur on even the best-planned journey.

If Tracking Shows Delivered: If your tracking indicates your items have been delivered but you haven't received them, please check all possible delivery locations and with neighbors first. If your items are still missing after 24 hours, please contact the carrier directly AND reach out to us at support@talaya.co
, so we can assist you in opening an investigation. - Unusual Delays: For packages showing no tracking updates for an extended period (8 days or more) or more significant delays, please contact us at support@talaya.co so we can investigate with our carrier partners.
Talaya is not responsible for shipping delays or for any damage caused to purchased products during shipping. We will, however, work with you to the extent reasonable to initiate a claim and/or support a claim you initiate with the carrier. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.
