Any word, name, symbol, device, or combination thereof on this site that is used to identify and distinguish our goods or services constitutes a trademark or service mark (generally “trademark”), or trade dress of Talaya North America LLC (Talaya).  Talaya's trademarks and trade dress, whether used on this site or not, may not be used with any product or service that is not Talaya's without Talaya’s express written permission.  Under no circumstance may Talaya’s trademarks, or trade dress be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Talaya or any third party. Talaya tile sets are designed for creative display and ease of installation. To facilitate secure and removable hanging, each Talaya tile set includes Genuine 3M ® Command ® Narrow Picture Hanging Strips.

Please note the following critical information regarding this component:

1. Independent Manufacturer: Talaya is an independent manufacturer of high-end, wood paneling tile products.
2. No Affiliation or Endorsement: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with 3M Company, its brands, or its products (including Command ® products). 3M ® Command ® Narrow Picture Hanging Strips are provided solely as a purchased component of our product, much like any raw material or essential accessory.
3. User Responsibility for Component Use: The inclusion of 3M ® Command ® Narrow Picture Hanging Strips is a convenience for our customers. It is the sole responsibility of the user to read, understand, and strictly adhere to all instructions, warnings, and limitations provided by 3M Company for the proper use, application, and removal of their Command ® Narrow Picture Hanging Strips. Failure to follow 3M's instructions may result in damage to surfaces, personal injury, or damage to the Talaya product or other property.
4. Limitation of Liability: Talaya is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the improper use, application, or removal of the included 3M ® Command ® Narrow Picture Hanging Strips. Our limited product warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship of the Talaya tiles themselves, and does not extend to the performance or application of third-party components when used contrary to their manufacturer's instructions.
5. Trademark Acknowledgment: 3M ® and Command ® are registered trademarks of 3M Company. Their inclusion here is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply any relationship or endorsement.
